Main Theme: What is the experience like for the client? How do you educate and shape behavior of your clients?

Description: For advisory services to have an impact in the life of your client, it must involve coaching as an element. For your clients to get the outcome from the advisory service that you both want for them, there is generally an action or change in behavior that must occur. How will you communicate that with them? How will you enable and facilitate the actions and behavior changes which are needed? This session goes into strategies for making these things a reality in the relationship between you and your advisory clients.
